Virginia Helen Randall was born on December 8, 1930 at Cooperstown, NY to Floyd and Melissa (Bolton) Camp. She grew up and attended school in Cherry Valley, NY. She was united in marriage to Floyd Randall on October 8, 1957 in Aberdeen, SD. They moved to the farm by Dickey, ND in November, 1959 where she raised her four children and also helped with field work and taking care of the sheep, cattle, turkeys, and chickens. She also worked at the Colonial Manor in LaMoure, ND for ten years.
In 1991, Virginia moved to Wahpeton, ND where she lived at Rainbow Court. She later became a resident of the Leach Home and then St. Catherine's Living Center. She attended Harvest Outreach Church. She enjoyed watching the Minnesota Twins, participating in her Bible study groups, a good game of SkipBo, and worrying about her family.
Virginia will be remembered for her love of crafts, sewing, gardens and flowers, but most will be her unwavering love and commitment to her Lord Jesus Christ. She was also known for her kind unselfish, sweet spirit, always putting others before herself, never saying anything bad about anyone, and her love and concern for her family and loved ones. She had a lot of friends and will be missed by many.
