Shand Harner

Shand M. Harner, 35, Wahpeton, ND, passed away, Friday, August 24, 2012 near Breckenridge, MN. The Memorial Service will be Tuesday, 4:00 PM at Willow Creek Chapel, Wahpeton, with Rev. David A. Kuhfal officiating. Visitation with Shand's family will be one hour before the service. Vertin-Munson Funeral Home Wahpeton have been entrusted with the services.

Shand was born on September 7, 1976 in Shakopee, MN. He grew up and attended school in Silver Bay, MN and graduated from William M. Kelley High School in 1995. He then attended classes at St. Cloud Technical College, St. Cloud, MN. Shand has been employed with St. Francis Healthcare Campus and Pizza Hut both of Breckenridge, MN for several years.

Shand will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of fishing, desire to help others, but mostly the smile he always had on his face.

Shand is survived by his daughters, Madeline and Abigale, his mother, Jane Roberts and her husband, Don; his siblings, Sean Harner, Shane (Denise) Harner, Sarah (Brian) Sprague; his nieces and nephew, Sydney, Samantha, Kaitlyn, Kylie, Matthew, and Emily.
