The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 16, at St. John’s Catholic Church, Wahpeton with a 10:00 am Catholic Daughters Rosary. Rev. Dale Lagodinski will be the celebrant. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, with a 6 p.m. prayer service at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton, and one hour before the service at the church on Monday.
Interment will be at
Fairview
Memorial
Gardens
, Wahpeton.
Colleen “Coney” was born January 2, 1931 at
Neche
,
ND
, the daughter of Albert and Annetta M. (Doyle) Cook. She grew up in Neche until in grade school when she moved with her family to
Grand Forks
,
ND
, where she graduated valedictorian from St. James Catholic High School in 1949. She continued her education by taking nursing at
St. Joseph
’s
School
of
Nursing
in
Fargo
, where she obtained her RN. She married John Reinbold at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in
Grand Forks
,
ND
on December 29, 1954. They lived in
Colorado Springs
,
Colorado
and
Virginia
while John was in the service, returning to
Grand Forks
after John was discharged. They moved to
Warren
,
MN
, in 1958 and to Wahpeton in 1969. They have continued to live in Wahpeton until recently moving to Twin Town Villa in
Breckenridge
,
MN
.
Colleen was a member of
St. John’s
Catholic Church, Wahpeton, Catholic Daughters and the church circle. She enjoyed her Irish heritage, cats, reading, listening to all kinds of music and coffee with her friends. Her children and grandchildren were her special love.

. Elizabeth “Beth” (Mike) Stewart, Hudson, CO; Jeffrey Reinbold, Bismarck, ND; Brenda (Dave) Clevenger; Loveland, CO; her grandchildren: Phillip, Daniel, Cameron, Bailey, Ryan, and Molly; her sister, Margaret Gilmour, Fargo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
