Kevin Lund

Kevin W. Lund, 58, Fargo, ND, originally from Wahpeton, ND, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at his residence in Fargo. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton, ND, have been entrusted with the arrangements.

Kevin was born March 25, 1955 in Breckenridge, MN, the son of Henry A. and Susan (McCann) Lund. He grew up in Wahpeton; at the age of four Kevin was hit by a car and was in a coma for several days. Amazingly Kevin made a physical recovery and attended schools in Wahpeton. Kevin moved to Fargo in 1978 where he has continued to live. He was a client of Southeast Human Services and looked forward to his weekly sessions with his acquaintances.

Kevin was an excellent drawer, was interested in family history, sports and enjoyed animals.

Kevin is survived by his two brothers, Duane (JoAnne) Lund, Moorhead, MN; and Darrel (Lois) Lund, West Fargo, ND; his brother-in-law, Edwin Wilson, Reiles Acres, ND; five nieces: Lori, Cathy, Wanda, Wendy, and Michelle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Susan, and his sister, Marlys Wilson.
