Gary Luick

Gary Luick, 59, Wahpeton, ND passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 1st, at 10:30 AM at Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton, ND. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in the spring at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Wahpeton. Arrangements are entrusted to Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, Wahpeton, ND.

Gary was born on November 13, 1954 in Breckenridge, MN the son of Donald and Malene (Nerland) Luick. He was raised on the home farm south of Wahpeton, ND. He attended school in Wahpeton and moved with his mother to Wahpeton. He spent his life dedicated to the care of his mother. He also did some part time work for NDSCS, the Wahpeton Vets Club, and Meryl Hansey Construction.

Gary was a man who enjoyed the ordinary things in life such as lawn care, visiting with friends in the community, and the opportunity to have a new pickup.

Gary is survived by his brother, John Luick, Wahpeton, ND and many cousins in the area.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
